​Yes, Avonmora is proud to be a pet-friendly apartment community in the beautiful Riverside neighborhood of Austin, TX, near Pleasant Valley. With access to spacious floor plans, local green spaces, and even offering backyards in select homes, your pet will feel right at home at Avonmora. We have a non-refundable fee of $250 per pet. Pet Deposit is $250 per pet, and Pet rent is $20 per pet per month.

​Avonmora is served by Del Valle Independent School District (Del Valle ISD), which includes elementary, middle, and high school options for families in the area. School zoning and enrollment details can be confirmed directly with the district.

​Avonmora offers a range of 1-, 2-, 3-bedroom apartments and 4-bedroom townhomes in Austin, TX. Homes feature modern finishes, including stainless steel appliances, hardwood-inspired plank flooring, and a work-from-home space. Some apartment homes include an in-unit washer and dryer.
